Steps

Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill them. Wash the carrot and grate it or, even better, slice it into thin strips.

Mix the washed and dried lettuce with the carrot and drizzle with vinaigrette. Place the roasted chicken breasts, sliced into pieces, on top of the salad. Sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan, scatter sunflower seeds over the chicken, and drizzle with a few drops of vinaigrette.
