640 g Meat, lamb, ribs

2 pod Garlic, fresh

6 twig Thyme, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

0.75 teaspoons Salt, table

Steps

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and dry the thyme. Strip the leaves from the sprigs and roughly chop them. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chopped garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until the salt dissolves.

Wash the lamb chops and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Rub them well with the seasoned oil. Let the seasoned meat rest for about 15 minutes.

Place a grill pan on the stove and heat it well. Quickly sear the seasoned lamb chops over high heat. It's best to cook the chops in two batches. Cook the chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Serve the cooked chops on a plate and offer them with a side dish and fresh bread.

Advice
Instead of fresh thyme, you can also use mint, rosemary, or a mix of Provencal herbs.
