Ingredients
-
750 g Potatoes, white
-
30 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 twig Rosemary, fresh
-
1 twig Spices, oregano, dried
-
80 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
1 pinch Spices, chili powder
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
3 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Rinse the rosemary and oregano under running water, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves. Finely chop the plucked leaves. Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and cut them into chunks. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and finely chop it.
-
Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter, then remove it from the heat. Add oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, chili, and freshly ground pepper to the pan. Mix everything well, then add the potatoes and mix thoroughly to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed over the potatoes.
-
Preheat the oven to 210 °C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread the potatoes on it, lightly seasoning with salt. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
-
After 30 minutes of baking, flip the potatoes and sprinkle them with Parmesan. Bake for another 15 minutes.
-
Once the cheese has melted and browned, remove the baking dish from the oven. Serve the potatoes on plates and enjoy immediately.
