Semolina Pudding with Chocolate and Lemon Cream

8 dl Milk, whole milk

1 pinch Salt, table

80 g Semolina

2 spoons Sugar, white

50 g chocolate, dark

4 spoon Marmalade, orange

In a medium-sized pot, bring milk to a boil, adding a pinch of salt. Once it boils, slightly reduce the heat and pour in the semolina. Stir well with a hand whisk to prevent lumps. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar shortly before the end of cooking.

Serve the cooked semolina in bowls. Let it cool slightly, then grate chocolate on top. Garnish with a spoonful of lemon cream and serve.
