Ingredients

400 g Meat, chicken, breasts

2 spoons Oil, olive

100 g Sesame seeds, dried

0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh
Steps

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Wash the chicken fillets, dry them, and cut them into 2 cm wide strips. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then roll it in sesame seeds.

Grease a small baking dish with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and place the meat in it. Put the dish in the preheated oven. Bake the chicken pieces for 8 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 8 minutes.

Place the baked chicken pieces on a plate in a fan shape. Wash the lemon, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice one half into pieces. Wash and shake the parsley. Garnish the chicken pieces with lemon slices and parsley, and serve with fries and mixed vegetables.

Advice
It is best to use organic lemons, the peel of which is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
