Ingredients
Marinade
-
3 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu
-
3 spoons Hoisin sauce
-
60 ml Tomato, concentrate, without salt
-
90 g Honey
-
1 spoon Vinegar, apple
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
2 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
-
1 teaspoon Spices, curry powder
-
2 spoons Oil, sesame
-
1.2 kg Meat, chicken, wings
Steps
-
Rinse the chicken wings under running water and pat them dry with paper towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and tomato sauce. Then add the honey, vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, five-spice powder, and oil. Mix until you get a uniform mixture. Dip the chicken wings into the marinade. Coat them well on all sides, then cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Turn the wings a few times while marinating.
-
Take the bowl with the chicken wings out of the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and drain them well. Arrange them on a rack placed in a baking dish. Place the baking dish with the wings in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. You can turn the wings during baking to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.
-
Once the wings are baked, serve them on a large plate and offer them with various dips.

Advice
Marinated chicken wings can also be grilled. If you want the wings to be even spicier, add chili powder to the marinade. If you dont have a rack, you can line the baking dish with parchment paper. Its best to marinate the wings overnight.
