Ingredients

500 g Shallot

40 g Butter, unsalted

1 spoon Honey

60 g Spices, mustard seeds, ground

1 dl Soup base, beef, cube
Steps

Peel the shallots, wash them, and pat them dry. Place a saucepan with butter on the stove and wait for it to melt. Add honey and the shallots to the melted butter. Stir until the shallots are nicely golden. Pour in the stock, add mustard seeds, and mix well.

Reduce the heat and simmer the dish slowly until the sauce thickens and the shallots are coated with a glaze. Stir the shallots occasionally while simmering.

Transfer the shallots in the sauce to a serving bowl and serve as a side dish.
