Shiitake in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

1 kg Mushrooms, shiitake, fresh

30 g Ginger, fresh

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

3 pieces Leek

150 ml Soup base, chicken, cube

5 spoon Oyster sauce

2 spoons Soy sauce, tamari

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Clean the mushrooms with a knife, remove any dried stem remnants, and wash them. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Clean, wash, and slice the leek into rings.

Place the wok on the stove and heat the oil. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and leek, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for another 4 minutes.

Pour in the vegetable broth, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, and quickly bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it simmer slowly for an additional 5 minutes. Serve on plates and enjoy.
