Shrimp Buzara
The preparation is quick and easy, and the dish is so good that youll enjoy every last drop. Serve it with fluffy white bread, which is usually offered as a side to this excellent seafood dish.

400 g Fish, shrimp

pieces Alcohol, Wine, White

300 g Tomato sauce, without salt

Steps

Peel the shallot and chop it into pieces, then mince the garlic and parsley. Rinse the shrimp, clean them, and pat them dry.

Place a deep pan on the stove and heat it well. Grease it with olive oil and add the shallot, sautéing it until it becomes translucent, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley and garlic, and once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the shrimp. Stir until the shrimp are heated through, then pour in the white wine and let the alcohol partially evaporate.

Add the tomato to the pan and cook the dish over low heat for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before finishing.

When serving the shrimp buzara, optionally add a bit more chopped parsley, and serve with white bread as a side.
