Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

5 pieces Lemon, fresh, without shell

0.5 kg Fish, shrimp

0.5 bouquet Coriander, leaves, fresh

0.5 dl Tomato juice

0.5 dl Oyster sauce

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, jalapeño, fresh

3 pods Garlic, fresh
Steps

Peel and rinse the shrimp tails under running water. Drain them on a paper towel, then place them in a large bowl. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice over the shrimp. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the cucumber and radishes and cut them into small cubes. Add all the vegetables to the shrimp and mix well with clean hands. Wash the cilantro and roughly chop it. Add the tomato and oyster sauce, chopped cilantro, and jalapeño peppers to taste to the bowl. Mix everything well again. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for another hour. Serve chilled.

Advice
