Ingredients

100 g Fish, lobster, fresh

300 g Tomato sauce, without salt

2 teaspoons Alcohol, Vodka

1 teaspoon Sugar, white

1 teaspoon Dill, fresh

1 teaspoon Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, white

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

1 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Place two glasses of water on the stove and bring to a boil. In the first glass of boiling water, dip the shrimp for two minutes, then drain and cool with cold water. In the second glass of boiling water, dip the tomatoes (also for two minutes). Peel the skin, remove the green part, and blend into a thick juice using a hand blender in a bowl.

Add vodka or cognac, Tabasco, and chili to the tomatoes. Mix in sugar, pepper, dill, salt, and olive oil. Stir everything well with a spoon.

Take glasses, fill them with the tomato mixture, and garnish with shrimp.

Advice
For decoration, you can use a sprig of dill, or improvise with a sprig of parsley. In the glass where you dip the shrimp, add a few drops of lemon juice (to preserve their color).
