Ingredients
-
400 g Fish, lobster, fresh
-
2 dl Milk, partially skimmed
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
8 twig Thyme, raw
-
1 spoon Butter, unsalted
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
6 teaspoon chili sauce
Steps
-
First, remove the shells from the shrimp tails, then thoroughly wash, dry, and chop them into small pieces. Also, wash the chives and finely chop them. In a larger bowl, beat the eggs, add milk and chives, and mix all the ingredients with a fork (or a hand whisk) until you get a homogeneous mixture. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
-
Mix the chopped shrimp into the mixture. Prepare special molds for the cups and grease them well, then pour the prepared mixture into them. Fill a larger baking dish with water up to one-third. Place the molds inside. Put everything in the oven and bake the mixture in a water bath for about 30 minutes.
-
Once the cups are ready, turn them onto serving plates and drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Decorate with fresh herb leaves if desired, then serve the prepared appetizer to your guests.
