Ingredients
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
0.5 piece Onion, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
120 ml Alcohol, Wine, White
-
400 g Tomato, red
-
pieces Salt, table
-
16 pieces Fish, shrimp
-
70 g Cheese, feta
-
1 teaspoon Chili peppers, red chili, dried
-
1 teaspoon Thyme, fresh
Steps
-
Peel the shrimp, leaving the last segment and tail intact. Then clean them (remove the main vein), rinse, and dry with paper towels.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel the garlic and onion, and finely chop them separately. Wash the tomato and cut it into pieces.
-
Pour oil into a pan and wait for it to heat up slightly. Sauté the chopped onion in the heated oil. Add the garlic and quickly sauté it together with the onion, then pour in the wine. Wait for the wine to simmer slightly, then add the tomatoes. Bring the sauce to a boil, then cook it over moderate heat for 15 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Pour the sauce into a clay baking dish and arrange the cleaned shrimp on top, gently pressing them into the sauce. Add the diced feta and sprinkle everything with thyme and chili flakes. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
-
Serve the hot dish directly in the baking dish in which it was prepared, and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
