Ingredients
-
450 g Fish, shrimp
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh
-
2 piece Shallot
-
1 piece Lime, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Fish sauce
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, coriander - seeds
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, turmeric, ground
-
1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground
-
1 teaspoon Oil, sesame
-
1 cup Coconut milk
-
15 twig Thyme, raw
Steps
-
Rinse the shrimp tails well under running water and peel them. Leave a few tails unpeeled for final decoration. Peel the garlic and shallots, rinse them, and finely chop them. Rinse the lime, grate half a teaspoon of zest, then cut it in half and squeeze out the juice.
-
Place all the ingredients except the shrimp, parsley, and oil into a multipractic and grind well to form a smooth mixture. Place a medium-sized pot on the stove and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the oil to the pot and spread it evenly across the bottom. Then add the prepared mixture to the pot and heat it for one minute. Next, add the coconut milk to the pot and stir in the shrimp.
-
Cook everything together for about 4 minutes and then remove from heat. Find the shrimp that are still in their shells in the sauce and remove them. Divide the dish into bowls and add a few shrimp tails in their shells to each. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry, and finely chop it. Sprinkle the parsley over the top of the dish and serve.

Advice
It is best to use organic lime, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If you dont have organic lime, immerse the lime in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
