Ingredients
-
500 g Fish, shrimp
-
1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried
-
1 teaspoon Spices, rosemary, dried
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps
-
Rinse the shrimp tails thoroughly under running water. Remove the upper part of the shell, but leave the end of the tail in the shell. Dry the shrimp well and place them in a large bowl. Season them with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Wash the cucumbers well under running water and then dry them completely. Cut off the ends and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, then halve them. Thread the skewers first with a shrimp tail, then a piece of cucumber. Repeat the process until the skewer is fully loaded. Leave a finger-width space between each ingredient.
-
Preheat the grill well and oil it. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 6 minutes. Turn them several times during cooking to ensure the shrimp and cucumbers are evenly grilled. Serve the grilled skewers. Offer bread or a tasty dip on the side.
