Shrimp Tails Buzara Style
A well-known Dalmatian specialty with shrimp, best enjoyed with a glass of good wine and homemade bread.

Ingredients

1.5 kg Fish, shrimp

3 pieces Tomato, red

3 pods Garlic, fresh

20 g Breadcrumbs, dried

1 spoon Parsley, fresh

2 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

1 teaspoon Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps

Clean, rinse well, and peel the shrimp tails. Bring water to a boil on the stove, quickly dip the tomatoes in the boiling water, peel them, and dice them. Then place a wok with oil on the stove.

Lightly sauté the garlic in the oil until fragrant (it should not brown), add chopped parsley, tomatoes, and shrimp tails, quickly stir, and then simmer for a minute or two.

Lightly salt and pepper, pour in the wine, and mix well. Then add breadcrumbs and mix again. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat. Serve in the wok or on a plate.

Advice
You can prepare prawns or clams in the same way. If you don’t have a wok, you can use a regular pan (it must have a lid to prevent the aroma from escaping).
