1 piece Onion, raw

500 g Fish, shrimp

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

2 dl Tomato sauce, without salt

Steps

Leave four shrimp whole, and peel the tails from the rest. Sauté the shrimp tails in olive oil with finely chopped red onion. Pour in wine and water. Then add minced garlic, parsley, diced tomatoes, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and fish stock to the pot. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Serve the dish on plates and garnish with a whole grilled shrimp.
