400 g Fish, shrimp

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried

1 teaspoon Spices, rosemary, dried

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 cup Oil, olive

6 pods Garlic, fresh

Peel the garlic, wash it, and place it in a small pot with the oil. Heat it up, then reduce the temperature. The oil should not smoke! Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes. Carefully remove the garlic from the oil and use it in another dish or discard it. Let the oil sit for another 10 minutes.

Rinse the shrimp tails thoroughly under running water and dry them with paper towels. Pour some oil into a pan and heat it well. Add the shrimp tails, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with half of the rosemary and thyme. Bake for about 3 minutes, then flip the tails and sprinkle with the remaining rosemary and thyme. Bake for another 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Arrange the shrimp tails in bowls and drizzle the prepared garlic oil over them.
