Ingredients
-
12 pieces Fish, shrimp
-
12 pieces Tortilla, corn
-
100 g Salad, ice
-
2 piece Tomato, red
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 pinch Spices, chili powder
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Heat oil well in a deep pan. The oil is hot enough when bubbles start to form around a wooden spoon dipped into it. Then dip the tortilla into the oil and fry each side for no more than 1 minute. Place the tortilla on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Repeat the process until all tortillas are fried.
-
Peel the shrimp tails, leaving the last segment and tail intact. Then wash and dry them with paper towels. Place a fresh pan on the stove and heat it well. Add olive oil and shrimp. Cook them over moderate heat until they turn a nice pink color. Turn them while cooking (or shake the pan to ensure even cooking). Season with salt, pepper, and chili just before finishing.
-
Clean, wash, and shred the lettuce. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, clean them, and cut them into small cubes. Place two fried tortillas on a plate and top them with lettuce. Sprinkle tomato pieces over the lettuce and place one shrimp tail in the center. Serve the prepared dish.
