Shrimp with Chili and Garlic

Ingredients

2 spoons Oil, olive

60 g Butter, unsalted

4 pods Garlic, fresh

2 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

1 kg Fish, shrimp

2 spoons Juice, lemon

2 teaspoons Lemon zest, fresh

0.25 bouquet Coriander, leaves, fresh

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Wash the chili and clean it (remove the stem and seeds), then chop it finely. Rinse the cilantro under running water if needed and shake it well. Chop it coarsely.

Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili to the heated fat. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add the shrimp tails and season them with pepper and salt to taste. Stir-fry for another 3 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp tails turn a beautiful orange-red color.

Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and cilantro, and mix everything well. Serve the shrimp on plates and accompany them with your chosen side dish.
