Ingredients

500 g Dough, puff

400 g Tomato, red

3 pods Garlic, fresh

2 piece Onion, raw

6 spoon Oil, olive

200 g Cheese, goat, hard

Steps

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. In a pot, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, tomatoes, and salt. Simmer on medium heat for about ten minutes until the sauce thickens. Grate the cheese. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them, and add them to the pot with the tomatoes. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Shape the risen pizza dough into 4 small loaves and press each with your fist to create a dent. Grease the baking tray with two teaspoons of oil and place the loaves on it. Spread the tomato sauce on each loaf and sprinkle with grated cheese. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.

Bake for 30 minutes. They can be eaten warm or cold.
