Simple Apple Crumble Pie
To prepare this, you only need a few simple ingredients, two bowls, a stove, a baking dish, and about 15 minutes. Most of the work will involve grating the apples, and then youll spend about 10 minutes assembling the pie in the baking dish. The final result is a very tasty dessert consisting of four layers of delicate crumble dough, with three layers of juicy apple filling in between.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a round cake pan (20 cm in diameter) with butter, then line the bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper, which you also grease with butter.

In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, wheat crumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Wash, peel, and grate the apples. Place them in another bowl, where you mix them with lemon juice and vanilla sugar, and optionally add a little ground cinnamon.

Spread 1/4 of the dry ingredients evenly over the bottom of the greased pan, then layer 1/3 of the grated apples on top. It's important not to squeeze the apples! Repeat the layering process of dry ingredients and apples two more times, and sprinkle the remaining dry ingredients over the last layer of apples.

Pierce the ingredients in the pan with a fork in several places down to the bottom. In one of the bowls, mix the milk and melted butter, then pour the mixture over the ingredients in the pan. Wait a little for the liquid to soak in, then place the pan in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Serve the dessert warm or cold, and optionally dust it with powdered sugar before serving.
