Simple Apple Slices
A simple dessert that doesnt require any additions. Even a chocolate glaze isnt necessary, but this time I decided to add it. These retro-style slices are juicy, simple, excellent, and melt in your mouth, calling for more. Believe me, its hard to resist them.

Ingredients
Ganache
-
150 ml Sweet cream
-
150 g chocolate, dark
-
1 kg Apples, rose
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
200 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
200 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 bag Baking powder
-
200 g Flour, rosette
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish measuring 36 x 22 centimeters with butter. Peel and grate the apples.
-
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the oil and mix well to combine the eggs and oil.
-
Add the flour, which has been mixed with baking powder, cornmeal, and cinnamon, and mix everything well to get a smooth batter without lumps. Finally, fold in the grated apples.
-
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes. Let the baked cake cool.
-
You can simply dust the cake with powdered sugar or prepare a chocolate glaze. First, chop the chocolate into pieces and heat the cream until it boils. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot cream over it. Stir until all the chocolate is melted and you get a smooth mixture. Let it cool slightly, then pour it over the cooled cake.
-
Cut the cake into slices before serving.
