Posip za jabolka
-
15 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
50 g Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a rectangular baking dish (33 x 23 cm) with butter or line it with baking paper.
-
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flakes, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the butter cubes and use your fingertips to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles crumbs. Set aside about 2 cups of the mixture and store it in the refrigerator.
-
Pour the remaining mixture into the greased baking dish and press it firmly into the base with your hands. Bake the base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
-
While the base is baking, wash, peel, and quarter the apples, removing the cores. Slice the quarters and arrange them on the cooled base. Place them in a single layer, slightly overlapping.
-
In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the apple slices, then cover everything with the reserved mixture of oats, sugar, flour, and butter. Bake the pastry in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. It is done when the top turns golden brown and the apples soften.
-
Let the baked pastry cool before serving. Cut it into pieces of your desired size and serve with a cup of warm beverage.
