200 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g chocolate, dark
-
150 g Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Dressing, caramel
-
6 pieces Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a round cake pan (25 cm in diameter) with butter and dust with cocoa powder (remove excess cocoa). Gently mix the melted butter and chocolate to form a smooth chocolate mixture, then stir in the sugar and caramel sauce. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

Gradually, one by one, mix the eggs into the chocolate mixture. Once all the eggs are mixed in, add the flour. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 17 to 20 minutes, until the top is set and the center slightly rises.
-
Remove the baked cake from the oven, let it stand for 15 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
