Simple Flatbreads Without Yeast
The flatbreads are very similar to chapatis (unleavened Indian flatbreads) and tortillas. They are made from three ingredients and do not require much time to prepare. Serve them as a side to curries or use them to make delicious sandwiches.

Advice
You can mix various ingredients into the flour, such as flax seeds, lentil seeds, rosemary, mint, or ground chili powder. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, and if it is too hard, add a little more water or yogurt. Add salt to taste. If needed, add more than a pinch of salt.
