Ingredients
-
pieces Dough, puff
-
120 g Cheese, creamy
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
120 g Blueberry, raw
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
pieces Powdered sugar
Steps
-
In a bowl, mix mascarpone and sugar until smooth.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Take a baking tray and unfold the puff pastry on it, cutting it into 12 squares. Inside the squares, cut smaller squares so that the baked baskets can be easily filled with fruit, and the inner squares won't puff up too much during baking. Prick the inner squares with a fork in several places, then spread the mascarpone filling and add blueberries.
-
Brush the edges of the squares with beaten egg, then place the baking tray in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the pastry rises and turns golden brown. Transfer the baked squares to a cooling rack and let them cool. Before serving, dust the tops with powdered sugar.
