Ingredients
Cream
-
250 g Cheese, creamy
-
250 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
3 spoons Powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
-
0.25 teaspoons Lemon zest, fresh
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
120 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
pieces Strawberries
-
pieces Mint
Strawberry puree
-
3 cups Strawberries
-
1 teaspoon Juice, lemon
-
1 spoon Powdered sugar
Steps
-
In a bowl, add mascarpone, strained cottage cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix the ingredients at medium speed until you get a uniform cream, then mix in the vanilla aroma and grated lemon zest.
-
Whip the sweet cream until stiff, then gently fold it into the mascarpone cream using a spatula. Keep the cream in the fridge until use. If desired, transfer it to a piping bag for easier application into the glasses.
-
Remove the green parts from the strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, then blend them into a smooth puree using a hand blender.
-
Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, add a little strawberry puree, just enough to cover the bottom of the glasses. Sprinkle crushed cookies over the puree, then add or pipe a layer of cream on top. Repeat the process once more.
-
Add a small spoonful of strawberry puree to the center of the top cream layer and sprinkle crushed cookies over it. Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cream to set well. Before serving, decorate it with fresh strawberries and mint leaves as desired.
