Ingredients

350 g Dough, wonton

500 g Cheese, cottage cheese, from skimmed milk

125 ml Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

125 ml Sour cream

2 piece Egg, fresh

20 g Butter, unsalted

1 dl Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, and eggs. Roll out the phyllo dough very thinly and cut it into several equal-sized rectangles. Grease the baking dish well with butter and layer it with a few sheets of dough, brushing each with a little oil. Place half of the cheese mixture on top and cover with a sheet of dough, brushing it again with a little oil. Use the remaining cheese mixture and cover with the rest of the dough sheets. Brush the top layer of dough well with oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the burek for 45 minutes. Once baked, cut it into four pieces and serve with yogurt.
