Thoroughly wash the pork tenderloin and dry it with a paper towel. Season each piece with salt and pepper, then cut it lengthwise in half. Thread 5 halves onto a wooden skewer for the grill.

Meanwhile, prepare the grill and heat it well. If using a grill grate, oil it and heat it thoroughly. Place the prepared skewers on the grill and cook the pork tenderloin for 4 minutes, turning once halfway through. Serve the skewers immediately.
