Ingredients
Marinade
-
0.1 l Oil, olive
-
1 teaspoon Honey
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
pieces Spices, garlic powder
-
pieces Salt, table
-
500 g Fish, shrimp
-
100 g Small pumpkins
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
pieces Onion, raw
-
pieces Rice, Wild
Steps
-
Prepare the marinade with honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic. First, clean the shrimp well and remove the tails. Throw the shells into a pot, add some vegetables, and pour in water. Place the pot on the stove and cook to make a broth base.
-
In a pot, sauté the onion in a little olive oil. Rinse the white rice and fry it with the onion for five minutes. Then, pour in the broth base, add salt, and cook over moderate heat for about 15 to 20 minutes until it softens.
-
Rinse the black rice and cook it in another pot. Cook it for about 35 minutes or until it is just right (it should not be too hard or too soft). Mix the cooked black rice into the pot with the white rice.
-
Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Fry them in olive oil. Also, fry the cleaned shrimp tails in olive oil. Place the fried shrimp tails in a bowl with the marinade.
-
Thread the marinated shrimp tails and zucchini onto skewers and serve on plates. Add the black and white rice on the side and serve the prepared dish.
