Ingredients
-
450 g Potatoes, white
-
5 spoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
200 g Cheese, goat, soft
-
4 spoon Milk, sheep
-
100 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
Steps
-
Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, cut them into cubes, and blend them well in an electric mixer. In a bowl, mix the egg, flour, blended potatoes, and salt. Quickly knead the potato dough. Work with wet hands.
-
Place a pot of salted water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Drop the prepared dough into the boiling water using a spoon (use two spoons to help). The water must keep boiling.
-
The potato dumplings are cooked when they float to the surface of the water. Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and keep them warm.
-
Cut the bacon into cubes. Crumble the cheese in a pot and mix it with milk. Place the pot on the stove and heat it while stirring to create a smooth, liquid mixture. Heat a pan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy.
-
Divide the potato dumplings onto plates or bowls, pour the cheese sauce over them, and sprinkle the crispy bacon cubes on top. Serve the dish warm.
