Smoked Salmon Pâté
To prepare a creamy fish pâté or spread, you only need 10 minutes. It can be used to enhance canapés and other snacks, and its also excellent spread on a slice of whole grain or rye bread.

Ingredients

150 g Fish, salmon, smoked

200 g Cheese, creamy

2 spoons Sour cream

pieces Spices, pepper, black

pieces Juice, lemon

pieces Dill, fresh
Steps

Slice or chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.

In a food processor, add cream cheese, crème fraîche, a little lemon juice, and 100 g of salmon. Season with pepper to taste, then blend the ingredients into a smooth mixture.

Rinse the dill sprigs under running water and dry them with paper towels. Finely chop them.

Transfer the salmon pâté to a container and mix in the remaining salmon and chopped dill. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Keep refrigerated until serving. Serve with your choice of bread, toasted bread slices, or crackers.
