40 g Fish, salmon, smoked

40 g Cheese, feta

5 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

0.5 teaspoons Sour cream

pieces Oil, olive

3 pieces Apricot, dry

Steps

In a kitchen blender, combine the salmon, cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream, and olive oil. Blend all the ingredients into a smooth spread. Taste the spread and season with salt and pepper as desired. Transfer the spread to a bowl. Slice the dried apricots into thin pieces.

Slice the bread into thin pieces. Cut smaller shapes (circles, stars, squares, etc.) from the center of the bread slices. Spread the salmon mixture onto the cut pieces and add a slice of dried apricot.

Arrange the prepared snacks on a larger plate or platter and serve.
