4 slice Bread, whole grain

4 slice Cheese, edamame

0.5 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh

1 spoon Mayonnaise

40 g Cheese, feta

Cut the feta cheese into narrow, elongated sticks. Wash half of the yellow bell pepper, remove the seeds and stem if necessary, then cut it into larger pieces.

Prepare four slices of whole grain bread, top them with four slices of Edam cheese and one stick of feta cheese. Add a piece of yellow bell pepper to the snacks and squeeze some mayonnaise from a tube onto it. Arrange the prepared snacks on a serving platter and offer them to your guests.
