Ingredients
-
400 g Dough, puff
-
6 spoon Tomato sauce, without salt
-
100 g Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
100 g Cheese, edamame
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, oregano, dried
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, approximately 40 x 30 cm. Spread it with tomato sauce and top with slices of prosciutto (ham). Then sprinkle grated cheese and oregano over the prosciutto. Carefully roll it up from the shorter end into a roll and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
-
Once chilled, use a sharp knife to cut the roll into approximately 1 cm thick slices and arrange them on the baking tray. In a small bowl, beat an egg and brush it over the tops of the slices. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
Let the baked snail pizzas cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a plate or platter and serve.
