Soft Yeast Rolls with Sesame
The rolls prepared according to this recipe are not filled, but simply sprinkled with sesame seeds, yet they are so delicious that one piece will definitely not be enough for you. At the same time, they are also very light and soft, melting in your mouth.

First, prepare the yeast mixture. Pour about 200 ml of milk into a small bowl. Add crumbled yeast and sugar, mix, and let it sit for 10 minutes until the yeast rises and small bubbles appear on the surface.

Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Sprinkle salt around the well, pour the activated yeast mixture into the well, followed by the remaining milk and oil. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until they come together to form a rough dough, then knead until you get a soft dough that is still slightly sticky. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 4 parts, and on a lightly floured surface, gently roll each part into circles about 30-35 cm in diameter. Cut each circle into triangles (you will get 8-12 triangles from one circle). Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the tip, and with your hands, stretch the bottom part slightly so that the rolls do not open during baking.

Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for 10 minutes, then brush them with a mixture of milk and egg yolk, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
