Sorrel with Cranberries and Garlic

500 g Okra

2 spoons Oil, olive

2 pod Garlic, fresh

3 spoons Cranberries, dried

Steps

Separate the sorrel into individual leaves. Cut off the thick stems (which we discard), then clean and wash the leaves. Tear or cut the leaves into smaller pieces.

Place a large pot of salted water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Add the sorrel to the boiling water. Cook it for 3 minutes, then drain.

Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces. Heat oil in a pot and quickly sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the cranberries and sorrel. Cook for another 2 minutes, then distribute into salad bowls and serve.
