Soup for Greater Immunity
Leafy kale is an ideal food for boosting immunity, as it is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals. Combined with mushrooms, onion, and garlic, it creates a delicious healing soup that you can enrich with smoked salmon and pine nuts.

Ingredients

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pod Garlic, fresh

250 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

500 g Okra

2 dl Coconut milk

800 ml Water

200 g Fish, salmon, smoked

50 g Pine nuts
Steps

Peel and chop the onion and garlic, slice the mushrooms, and remove the tough stems from the kale leaves.

Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion. Add the garlic and stir, then immediately add the mushrooms. Once they are browned, add the kale and stir until wilted. Pour in coconut milk (or cooking cream) and water, stir until boiling, and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then blend everything well with an immersion blender.

Place pieces of torn smoked salmon in bowls. Pour the soup over it and sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve the prepared dish.
