250 ml Milk, whole milk

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 dl Water, bottled

150 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 pinch Salt, table

3 pieces Egg, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

4 spoon Oil, olive

1 piece Leek

6 pieces Carrot, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 spoon Tomato, concentrate

Steps

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Heat a little olive oil in a larger pot, sauté the onion until it becomes translucent. Pour in one deciliter of water and let it simmer on moderate heat.

Meanwhile, clean and wash the leek, then slice it into rings. Peel and wash the carrot. Add the carrot and leek to the pot, pour in 1 liter of water, and season with salt. Add tomato concentrate to the pot, stir, and cook for 20 minutes.

Roll the prepared pancakes and cut them into thin strips, then place them in soup bowls. Pour the cooked vegetable soup over the pancakes and serve.
