Ingredients

500 ml Sweet cream

150 g Powdered sugar

25 g Sugar, white

15 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

Mix half of the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze it well, dissolve it, and add it to the cream mixture. Finally, fold in the other half of the sweet cream, this time whipped.

Fill the cream into any molds and place it in the refrigerator to set.
