6 dl Soup base, chicken, cube
Steps

Wash the lemongrass, remove the tougher outer leaves, and cut it into shorter pieces. Wash the chilies, remove the seeds, and chop them into smaller pieces. Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and slice them thinly. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Wash the tiger prawns. Separate the tails from the bodies and peel the tails from the shells.

Pour the clear chicken broth into a larger pot and bring it to a boil. Add the ginger, lemongrass, and mushrooms. Cook for another two to three minutes. Finally, add the prawn tails and cook until they change color (turn pink). Then add and mix in the chili paste.

At the end, add fish sauce, lime juice, and chopped chili to the soup. Serve the soup hot.
