100 g Soy, grains

200 g Cheese, cottage cheese

2 dl Sweet cream

1 teaspoon Baking powder

4 pieces Egg, fresh

Take a pot, add soy flakes, pour in water, and add a pinch of salt. Cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat. Let the flakes sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly.

Transfer the flakes to a larger bowl and add cottage cheese, eggs, cream, and baking powder. Mix everything well using an electric mixer. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and grease the ramekins (or baking dish) with butter. Fill the ramekins with the prepared mixture and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a golden-brown crust forms on the surface.
