Ingredients
-
450 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
pieces Parsley, fresh
Sauce
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
280 g Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
4 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
240 ml Sweet cream
-
80 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Place a pot with a larger amount of water for cooking pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling power. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook until it is "al dente."
-
While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the ham into pieces. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Add the cream and grated Parmesan, season with pepper and salt, and mix everything well to create a thick egg mixture.
-
Heat oil in a pan and quickly sauté the diced ham. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the ham (remove excess fat from the pan if necessary). Mix well and remove the pan from the heat. Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and quickly mix everything together to create a shiny and creamy sauce that coats the pasta nicely.
-
Serve the prepared spaghetti on plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and/or grated Parmesan, and serve.
