-
200 g Shellfish, abalone
-
200 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
50 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
6 twig Parsley, fresh
-
50 g Sweet cream, partially skimmed
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the parsley and shake it well. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash and clean the mushrooms, then slice them. Clean and wash the squid and cut them into rings. Simply wash the shrimp and drain them well.
-
Thoroughly wash the clams and scrub them with a brush, then place them in a larger pan. Add a tablespoon of oil and cover, placing over very high heat until they open. Then remove the meat and discard any that did not open. Strain the liquid.
-
In the reserved clam liquid, cook the shrimp tails for 5 minutes and also save this liquid. Place a new pan on the stove, melt the butter, and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and squid, and sauté for about 6 minutes until tender. Gradually add the sweet cream and the clam liquid while stirring.
-
Meanwhile, place a larger pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the spaghetti and cook as indicated on the package. When the sauce is thick enough, add the shrimp and clams, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Drain the spaghetti well, mix it with the prepared mushroom and seafood sauce, and serve on plates. Garnish each plate with two sprigs of parsley.
