Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes, Capers, and Olives

200 g Pasta, Macaroni

2 spoons Oil, olive

1 pod Garlic, fresh

200 g Tomato, red

0.25 teaspoons Spices, chili powder

2 spoons Carp, soaked

1 handful Olives, black, in brine

Steps

Place a pot with a large amount of water for cooking pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling power. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Peel the garlic and slice it. Roughly chop the drained capers. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Heat olive oil in a large pan and quickly sauté the sliced garlic. When it becomes fragrant, add the cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, and chili to the pan. Cook the ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes start to break down.

Just before draining the spaghetti, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the cooking water to the pan. Add the drained spaghetti, mix well, and remove from heat. Taste the dish and season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve the prepared pasta on plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and serve.

Advice
