Steps

Place a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for it to boil, then add a packet of spaghetti and cook for the time indicated on the packaging.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Sauté the garlic in the oil for about one minute, stirring constantly.

Drain the cooked spaghetti well and transfer it to the pan. Season with salt to taste and mix well with the sautéed garlic. Serve in bowls and top with a mixture of grated truffles and Parmesan. Serve to your guests.
