Ingredients
-
500 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
150 g Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
200 g Beans, fresh
-
2 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
4 spoon Soup base, beef, cube
-
80 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps
-
Place a small pot of salted water on the stove and when the water boils, add the peas. Cook them for about two minutes until they soften, then drain them.
-
Place a larger pot of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the spaghetti and cook it for the time indicated on the package.
-
While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the ham into slightly thicker pieces, peel the onion, wash it, and chop it finely. Then place a pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Add the ham pieces and onion to the pan. Sauté over moderate heat while stirring, making sure the onion does not brown.
-
When the onion becomes translucent, add the peas and pour in the white wine and vegetable stock. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the wine evaporates.
-
Thoroughly drain the cooked spaghetti and serve it in bowls. Top it with the ham and pea sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and serve.
