Spaghetti with Oil, Garlic, and Chili

Ingredients

160 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain

10 g Salt, table

4 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

Fill a large pot with water (at least 2 liters) and place it on the stove. When the water is almost boiling, add salt. Once the water boils, add the spaghetti and a drop of oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking. Let it cook for about seven minutes.

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Wash and dry the chili.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and whole chili for just one minute. Turn off the heat.

Remove the spaghetti from the heat, drain it, and toss it into the pan with the garlic, chili, and hot oil. Mix everything well. Serve on plates and optionally garnish with sliced chili rings.
