Spaghetti with Roasted Mushrooms

400 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain

5 spoon Oil, olive

400 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried

0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

Place a pot with a large amount of water on the stove. Clean and wash the mushrooms, then dry them well with a paper towel. Just before the water boils, salt it. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil into a pan and heat it, then add the mushrooms. Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Peel the onion, chop it finely, and add it to the pan. Wash the parsley, shake it well, and chop it finely. Mix the mushrooms and onion well, season with salt, and sprinkle with a bit of thyme and parsley. Mix again and pour in the white wine. Cook for another 3 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat. Drain the cooked spaghetti well.

Arrange the drained spaghetti on plates. Pour the prepared sauce over it and sprinkle with parsley. Serve at the table.

Advice
If desired, you can sprinkle the spaghetti with grated cheese before serving. When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 g of salt.
